1. Returns

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or not as described.

Non-perishable items (packaged goods, household items, etc.) can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as store credit.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

Fresh groceries once accepted at delivery.
