1. Returns

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or not as described.

  • Non-perishable items (packaged goods, household items, etc.) can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

  • To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh groceries once accepted at delivery.

  • Items purchased on special promotions or clearance sales.
